Is the neighborhood library making a comeback? Some readers, perhaps sick of all the texting and tweeting, are opting for something much simpler. The “Little Free Library” is a project designed to encourage neighbors to share books. The concept is simple: “Take a book, return a book.” Larger than a mailbox, smaller than a dog house, a library box appeared in my neighborhood, and I was more than pleased to contribute copies of my two novels, Bella and Bootlicker. I look forward to meeting more of my neighbors, even the ones with four legs.
